Although our most recent release focused a number of new phone and conference connection features we did include a few minor improvements throughout the website.

CellFrog users who have been taking advantage of the Conference Dashboard for sharing files, listening to recordings and connecting with conference participants will now notice the addition of the new Administrator Area.

The new Administrator Area provides contact information for the conference call organizer along with their picture and all of the conference call credentials. Additionally the administrator area contains a link to the ‘new local numbers’ page which lists all of the local conference call phone numbers.

This new addition allows conference call participants to quickly connect with administrators for communication beyond the conference call.

We’re proud to announce the addition of reservationless conference calling. Reservationless conference calling is an ad-hoc form of confernce calling that allows users to call in at any time without a scheduled conference. Reservationless conference calling will provide CellFrog users the ability to choose between scheduling a conference ahead of time or starting a conference on the fly further extending the CellFrog conference calling options.

How it works

Unlike scheduled conference calls where each conference ID and conference pin is unique, reservationless calling utilizes a static conference ID and PIN that is assigned to each user upon registration. As a CellFrog user your reservationless ID and PIN never changes which makes starting a conference call easy and quick.

Administrators and Users

CellFrog users will be assigned both an administrative PIN number and a user PIN number which can be found on your user homepage. The administrativ PIN number is required to start a conference call. Those attendees who login with the user PIN will be placed on hold until an administrator is present.

As the administrator of your account you will be the only person who is notified of the administrative PIN number. All other attendees will be given the user PIN number to access the conference call.
